Silvia Gallotti

Silvia Gallotti is the CEO of Gallotti&Radice, the design company founded by her father, which she joined in 1996 before eventually taking over its leadership. She graduated in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Milan and initially held the position of Sales Director, leading the development of sales strategies and client relationships. Since 2009, in addition to her role as General Manager, she has also served as the company’s Creative Director, coordinating a team of external designers in the creation of innovative and refined collections. Under her leadership, Gallotti&Radice underwent a major transformation, evolving from a producer of glass and metal furnishing accessories into a complete total living furniture brand. In 2012, the company reached another milestone with the launch of a collection dedicated to high-end office spaces, further strengthening its presence in the contract sector. One of the key moments in her professional journey came in 2014, when she succeeded in creating a true lifestyle brand synonymous with elegance and avant-garde design. The following years were marked by international expansion, beginning with the opening of the first flagship store at the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre in London. In 2016, she launched a project aimed at consolidating the company’s international distribution through partnerships with a selected network of retailers worldwide, known as lifestyle dealers, capable of conveying the brand’s values. In 2018, the company inaugurated its Milan showroom within the Durini Design District. In 2022, she realized her vision of art applied to design by collaborating with an international artist, who was able to apply his technique to glass furniture pieces. The year 2023 marked another important milestone, fulfilling the dream of creating a Milanese home designed to welcome friends and clients in a warm, informal, and domestic atmosphere.
