Duties and responsibilities:

• Entry and updating of purchase orders in the SMEUP management system.
• Updating and maintenance of purchase price lists in collaboration with senior contacts.
• Timely sending of orders to suppliers, both for materials/components and for subcontracted work.
• Following up with suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met, based on the priorities received.
• Collaboration with the warehouse and transport office for the issuance and transmission of shipping documents.
• Reporting any issues related to suppliers (lead times, minimum batch sizes, price changes, etc.) to the Purchasing Manager.

• Technical-commercial diploma or a short degree in economics/management.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic IT tools.
• Preferably some experience, even brief, in purchasing or logistics within structured corporate environments.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Development and updating of product technical documentation (drawings, bills of materials, technical data sheets);
• Collaboration with the design and production departments for the development of new products and customizations based on customer requests;
• Management of technical changes and support in solving production issues;
• Control and verification of consistency between technical drawings, prototypes, and the final product;
• Technical support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (mechanical, industrial design, or related fields preferred);
• Excellent knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Teamwork attitude and problem-solving skills.

Duties and responsabilities:

• Operational management of the warehouse, with goods loading/unloading, storage and material handling activities;
• Preparation and control of outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and quality;
• Collaboration with the logistics and production department to ensure the continuity of the production process;
• Use of management software for stock control and inventory;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role of warehouse worker, preferably in companies in the furniture sector;
• Forklift/lift truck licence;
• Ability to use IT tools for warehouse management (management software, tracking systems);
  
• Expertise in organisational warehouse management;
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and procedures for the storage, warehousing and handling of goods;
• Flexibility, accuracy and ability to work in a team;
• Mother tongue Italian.
