Hotel Trame

Hotel Trame_0086-HDR(0)

An immersive and sensory experience that redefines the concept of hospitality through a personal dimension of welcome, born from the ambitious vision of the Piperno family and realized through the architectural and interior design project by Architect Valeriano Boragina. Guided by a commitment to enhancing historical and artistic heritage, Hotel Trame represents the meeting point between the charm of tradition and the refinement of contemporary design, offering guests a unique experience where past and present engage in perfect harmony. With the bespoke approach that has always distinguished the company, the space features a curated selection of furnishings designed to interpret the needs of high-end hospitality: solutions that combine aesthetics and functionality, material sophistication and durability, artisanal care and authentic beauty. An entrance that marks the natural evolution of the brand, expanding the dialogue between design, architecture, and hospitality with the aim of bringing to hotels around the world the Made in Italy excellence that has defined the Gallotti&Radice style for seventy years.

In the vibrant heart of the Capital’s historic center, more precisely on Via Monterone in the Sant’Eustachio district, where history and contemporaneity intertwine like the threads of a timeless story, Hotel Trame comes to life. A boutique hotel designed to welcome curious travelers, attentive to detail and eager to experience the city through its most authentic connections—architectural, cultural, artistic, and human. Housed within a historic palazzo overlooking one of Rome’s most symbolic quarters, Hotel Trame takes its name from the idea of weaving relationships—between memory and innovation, modern comfort and classical refinement, timeless elegance and prestige. Each space is conceived as a narrative, every detail as a meaningful gesture that enhances the richness of the place. The project unfolds within a prestigious historic building and spans a total surface area of 760 square meters, articulated into environments designed to offer an experience defined by exclusive style without compromising comfort. The rooms, each different in layout due to the adaptation of the hotel program to a historic structure, follow a clear design principle: the creation of ‘furnishing islands.’ Beds and sofas are conceived as autonomous elements within the space, respecting the original architecture while simultaneously enhancing the perception of the architectural envelope.
